Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DHR SPACE, a health logistics platform operated by DHealthRides ("DHR SPACE", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, consumer application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• "Consumer" means an individual who registers to request lab tests, sample collection, blood orders, or related services through the Platform.
• "Service Provider" means a licensed laboratory, hospital, diagnostic centre, or blood bank that lists tests or services on the Platform.
• "Biker" means a rider engaged to collect or deliver samples, results, or blood products between Consumers and Service Providers.
• "Order" means a request placed by a Consumer for a test, sample collection, or blood product through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Platform for your own healthcare needs or on behalf of someone for whom you are legally authorised to act.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@dhealthrides.com.ng if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Description of Services

DHR SPACE connects Consumers with independent, licensed Service Providers for laboratory testing, sample collection, and blood bank services, and coordinates delivery through our Biker network. DHR SPACE is a logistics and booking platform. It does not itself perform diagnostic testing, issue medical diagnoses, or practice medicine.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the Platform are set or approved by DHR SPACE in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may vary by Service Provider, test type, and location. Payments are processed through our licensed third-party payment processor; DHR SPACE does not store your card or bank account details. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Cancellations and refunds are handled in line with the cancellation policy shown at checkout for each Order type, and may not be available once sample collection or processing has begun.

6. Collection & Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate pickup/delivery address and being reasonably available at the scheduled time. DHR SPACE and its Bikers will take reasonable care in handling samples, results, and blood products, but DHR SPACE is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information, inaccessibility, traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Medical Disclaimer

DHR SPACE is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Test results are generated and interpreted solely by the licensed Service Provider that performed the test. Always consult a qualified physician regarding any medical condition or before making decisions based on test results. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or another person's information without authorisation;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass Bikers, Service Providers, or staff;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
• Circumvent Platform payment or booking processes.

9. Service Providers

Service Providers listed on the Platform are independent entities responsible for their own licensing, accreditation (e.g. MLSCN, NAFDAC where applicable), clinical accuracy, and compliance with applicable health regulations. DHR SPACE reviews Service Provider registrations before listing them but does not guarantee the outcome of any specific test.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by DHR SPACE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHR SPACE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to delays in delivery, errors in third-party test results, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from an Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DHR SPACE, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
